Can I make a booking directly through Klassy?

Currently, bookings cannot be made via Klassy however, we are working on adding this feature shortly

Does Klassy list providers near me?

As we are just getting started, Klassy is only available in the inner South and East suburbs of Melbourne. We are hoping to expand our reach shortly so please leave your details here and we’ll be in touch as soon as we are operating in your area

Why does the class I am viewing not show details such as time and cost?

Not all class providers give this information out freely, but as we grow our platform and spend more time getting to know our providers, we expect that the information shared with parents and carers will continue to improve

How can I reset the filters once they have been set?

1. Adjust the age filter to display all ages by moving it to the far left

2. Select ANY DISTANCE within the distance filter

3. Select ANY DAY and ANY TIME within the when filter

4. Click 'select all' under ACTIVITY TYPES in the left hand filter

Why is nothing showing in my search results?

It is likely that there are no classes to display given the filters that have been selected. Try adjusting the activities selected or the distance limiter via the dropdown named 'within'

How can I change my password for my registered account?

When logged in to your account, open the Menu and select PROFILE. Here you can update your password by entering your current one and selecting a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the forgot password link on the log in screen

How can I update my child’s age on my account?

When logged in to your account, open the Menu and select PROFILE. Choose the CHILDREN tab to view your existing child profiles, update them or add more children

I never received an activation email when I signed up

1. Check your spam folder to see if the email was sent there

2. Try to register again in case there was an error with the first attempt

3. Contact support@klassy.com.au with the email address you used and we will help you out

Can I add multiple locations to search for classes?

Absolutely! When you have a registered account, Klassy will store all of your desired locations (such as home, school and nans) so finding classes nearby is just a click away.

Check the LOCATION tab within the PROFILE page to view and edit your chosen locations

Why are some providers that I know are in my area missing from the platform?

We do our best to include all providers on our site however we may not be aware of them all. You are welcome to let us know if we have missed anyone by contacting us at info@klassy.com.au and we will be sure to update our listing

I am a Provider. How can I update the info shown for my classes?
